At Doug Brady HiFi, we want you to be completely satisfied with your audio equipment; if your purchase isn't quite right, you can return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories and documentation included to ensure a smooth processing experience.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our specialist support team via email or phone to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and confirm your eligibility.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully repack your hi-fi components in their original factory boxes, ensuring all cables, manuals, and remote controls are securely enclosed to prevent transit damage.

• 3.
  Courier Collection or Drop-off

  Affix your return label clearly to the outer box and choose between a scheduled courier collection or dropping the parcel at an authorized service point.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned equipment, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange unit within 3-5 business days.
